"RATEL" is a two-component, low-solvent paint that hybridizes both the main component and the binding component with inorganic materials, significantly improving weather resistance compared to conventional products. Titanium dioxide is protected by a thick layer of silica. This prevents ultraviolet rays from reaching the titanium dioxide, suppressing the generation of radicals and enhancing weather resistance.
